The apartment is located in the “RESIDENCE I MOLINI”, in a peaceful environment that is formed by the heart of the little town of Garda, and is perfectly suited to spend your holidays in nature, only a few meters away from the lake, from the beach and from historical squares.
The apartment offers a modern and tastefully decorated bedroom with a double bed; a smaller room with two beds; and a kitchen, fully equiped with everything needed for a comfortable stay – from a dishwasher and refrigerator with integrated freezer to a large oven. The living room contains a flat screen satellite TV and DVB-T connection. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a washing machine and a hair dryer. Furthermore, the apartment offers two small terraces – one of which includes a fireplace – and a garden.
Air-conditioning and a free Wi-Fi connection are available in the apartment.
For a small additional fee, it is possible to use a small connected apartment that is ideally suited for families and is equipped with a double bed / sleeping couch, a kitchen, a bathroom and a private entrance.
The direct surroundings of the apartment and the area around Lake Garda offer a number of possibilities for recreation. Among them are the Baia delle Sirene, Gardaland, Caneva-World, Movieland, and the thermae park Cola di Lazise. All are only a few minutes away by car. The Parco Sigurtà, a nature park with an area of 60 hectares, is located 15 km away. This park was voted second in the competition „Parco Più Bello d’Europa 2015“ (most beautiful park in Europe 2015).
Only a two minutes' walk away from the apartment, one can easily reach the thermae park Gardaqua Wellness&Spa, which offers several pools and the opportunity to enjoy massages and aesthetic treatment and to use the fitness facilities.
For the lover of nature, there exists a multitude of walking trails that start directly in front of the apartment and in which both trekkers and mountain bikers can delight.
A cost-free shuttle boat sails on Lake Garda from May until October, visiting several towns along the coast.
On top of that, many shopping centres, that are suited to the wishes of the shopping enthusiast, can be found in the vicinity of the apartment.
We are very happy to receive our guests upon their arrival and show them the direct area around the apartment and the different facilities to be found there, as well as advice them on the oenological-gastronomical and cultural tours in the area of Valpolicella or Verona, a city rich in history and culture.
Only thirty kilometers away lies the beautiful city of Verona, a true open-air museum: the famous Arena of Verona; the houses of the most tragic couple of all times, Romeo and Juliette; the arsenal; the Castelvecchio; the Teatro Romano and the Palazzo della Gran Guardia are only a few of the treasures that this beaming and unique city has to offer.
The Valpolicella area, famous for its vineyards and gastronomical delights, is also thirty kilometers away and offers breathtaking panoramas.

We offer our guests mountain bikes free of cost for the easier exploration of the area.
Climate:
The climate in Garda is pleasant throughout the year. In the winter months, temperatures rarely drop below freezing point. In summer, the average temperature lies between 25 and 30 degrees, with a minimum of 18 to 20. Small variations are possible in the hilly back country, which is generally somewhat cooler and windier due to winds from the lake and the proximity of the mountains.
